Sasha guided me through a time of personal turbulence with her solid, practical wealth of insight & information on the market and what I should look at. Philly ushered me through a day of viewing with remarkable efficiency and excellent humor. Both perceived what I couldnt see I needed myself, balancing their thoughtful personal support with sharp market analysis gained from years of experience. This market is ROUGH. It took us months given my tricky situation & Londons market right now. But Im writing this from my dream flat thats totally in my budget, and I marvel every day that Im so fortunate to be here. I was about to pay for temporary housing and look for an apartment myself, but I stumbled upon London Relocation and decided to go with them instead. Absolutely no regrets, 100% worth it. The service saved me the absurd costs of temporary housing in London and brought me some extra piece of mind and expertise about the London rental market. Sascha, Corrina and the team are fantastic. I couldnt have found such a great apartment without them, and their handling of paperwork and discussions with agents/landlord made my move incredibly smooth.

Choosing LR was a lifesaver for us moving from Singapore to London! We were very busy dealing with formalities in bringing our dog over and so could have never done this ourselves. Sascha and AJ were both truly amazing in helping us arrange everything, especially seeing as we had a very specific constraint with having a dog, but at the end it was all settled super quick! We are very excited to move into our new place. Our viewing day unfortunately coincided with Strike actions and we ended up having to spend quite some time in the car moving from house to house, but the driver was lovely and made a really great team with AJ. Highly recommend their services, you won't regret it!

We moved from Singapore to the UK with our pet dog and engaged London Relocation to help us with the move. We found the whole process to be highly professional and seamless. Sascha talked us through our needs and wants, advised on appropriate areas and budgets, and managed our expectations about the referencing process. We never felt rushed. Sascha always communicated promptly, warmly, and generously. When the day came, we were picked up and sent from apartment to apartment. I believe that we saw 7-8 properties on the same day. We offered on our favourites and settled on a beautiful apartment in Battersea. London Relocation worked very hard to secure us our place amidst an extremely competitive rental market by placing an immediate offer, negotiating with the lettings agent, and determinedly following up until the deal was signed. From start to end we secured our home in 48 hours. London Relo charges the equivalent of one month's rent or a minimum of 2,500 GBP; for my partner and I, this isn't cheap, but when we look back and think about how little we had to worry about getting a flat in London and how quickly we got it, and how much guidance we were given in terms of location, tenancy agreements, and tenancy laws, we agree that it was worth it! If you're already moving overseas as a household with a pet with little support, it's a stressful experience, and to be able to place ourselves in the safe hands of Sascha, Corrina and the rest of the team was a relief. I found a great amount of value in working with London Relocation. I had a quick move to the UK and a tight window in which I needed to find an apartment. With the London Relocation team, I had an offer and lease in 2 weeks located in my desired neighborhood in an apartment that met my needs - including accommodating pets - in a very demanding market. The team, especially Corrina, was responsive and held my hand every step of the process. She also helped me seamlessly navigate the large number of processes required to rent as an expat and get settled with utilities, etc. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or work again with the London Relocation team.
