The therapist was extremely friendly, explained things step by step. I have been receiving compliments about my skin since. I would certainly recommend this place. 5/5

For more than 9 years, I been a loyal customer and must note I never had a pleasant experience with their front desk ladies. These young ladies are lucking good manners, professionalism, and common sense! They are very unpleasant! They have some nice professionals who are working very hard to please their clients, however, the front desk keeps people away! I cant believe that a management team is tolerating this unacceptable behaviour and keep hiring these ladies who are not suitable for any customer service positions. Today, I tried to schedule two BOTOX appointments for me and my husband - which would bring a revenue of at least 1000.00 to this place. Yet, during our phone conversation, a front desk -lady - Jessica hang up on me twice. How is this acceptable? Services: BOTOX treatments, Lip fillers, Chemical peels

I have been a client at EF Medispa for years. The staff at Kensington go above and beyond for their clients. Edyta in particular, is knowledgable and extremely professional. She provided the best treatment I have received to date! The clinic itself is conveniently located, stylish and super clean. I highly recommend it.

I had a procedure done here. First, please notice there is no price list... The price is what the consultant who will tell you anything you want to hear needs in order to hit her targets. And she'll make it up. My procedure was so poorly done they had to agree to go back and fix it. Its not fixed and never will be. I have to live with a disfigurement. I went to a different surgeon to try to repair and was told nobody would touch it, fixing it was too risky and would be extremely complicated. The workers here gossip and slam their customers behind their backs. Very shoddy work, this is not a healthy business.
