We used Thomas Legal for our flat purchase, and worked with Kelly Sutton who was exceptional. Costs were all as outlined in the initial quote, the team was very responsive replying within the hour to every email and were able to negotiate effectively with a difficult seller. Timelines were clearly explained and stuck to, and staff were always very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a property.

The Team at Thomas Legal; Nick Fancourt, Diana Bludzina and colleagues, recently managed the sale of my leasehold flat. The negotiations were severely complicated by a well known and very poor London Freehold Company, a Property Management Company that did not understand its responsibilities and a new Property Manager who was only just getting to know the ropes. The process would have been significantly more stressful if I had not had outstanding advice and close communications with Thomas Legal.
