        Unfortunately the receptionists at Holland Park Surgey are some of the most rude and incompetent people Ive ever encountered, making it a nightmare to get an appointment with the GP when my baby is sick or even just helping me out to extend a prescription - I mean if they cant help me as a patient and do their job (or at least try to), who will? Honestly it feels hopeless to take your health seriously when your doctor's office does not

        Holland Park surgery has always been excellent to myself and my family. Jordan who works on the phone/reception/office is so lovely.. his calmness is second to none and is always so kind and such an asset to this surgery. Dr Rossabi who I met for the first time a few weeks ago was also kind and incredibly thorough and caring. All the staff on the desk are also lovely. Many thanks

        The people at the reception are not helpful at all. They only focus on saying how they are fully booked (even if the doctors have appointments) and quote wrong results from different tests date. Can't be trusted.
