Terrible Customer Service. They currently only deal with emergencies, so if you still have power they won't give any customer service. I'm having problems topping up my card which should be easy to resolve, but they won't help me while I have a supply.

Left with this Awful company when move in new house they are like talking to babies. Who ever owns this company needs shutting down. Nobody knows anything. The staff are so rude they shout at you or hang up if you try to resolve your problem, left with no GAS CARD since I move in over 2 months ago they tell me its on the way every time I run out of gas I have to call for an emergency then wait in for 3-4 hours then they only Put 10 on!! So every 2-3 days Im having to call them Out and explain every single time why. Absolutely hate this company

I Would give Zero stars if this could be possible because I'm Victim "not the first one" of cost cutting corporation that provides us with the Best product "New Smart Meter" and hides behind low prayed employees when you rightfully complain.
