I visited this salon based on reviews and opening times - due to a change in job location I was unable to go to my regular salon. First impressions very professional over the phone, upon arrival clean and professional and I was pleased with the results. 2nd visit NOT HAPPY at all I should of recognised the warning flags when it took me nearly 15 minutes to book because the person didnt speak good English. Upon arriving a man I think the one on the phone did my nails, I have no idea if he was even qualified. When filing my nails it was burning, then one of the nails looked completely different to the rest and when I pointed it out to him - him and his colleague did not understand me or pretended they couldnt understand me. I later found out from my regular technician that the nail bed had been burnt, hence the acrylic lifting from the nail bed and causing discolouration. This is usually caused my a cheap premier. In all my 30 years getting my nails done I have NEVER encouraged an issue. I do not recommend them and before you let anyone touch your nails there ask to see their certification.
