I am the unfortunate owner of two old English notes. I wanted to exchange them for new ones. All banks are supposed to be able to exchange them... So I arrived in this HSBC branch where the welcome wasn't very warm. I explained to the adviser my problem. She answered me with a hypocritical tone that she can't exchange my bills but that other banks can do it if they are nice. In conclusion, this bank doesn't do its job and isn't even nice !
