        Tried to call Santander totta at Kensington Branch six times but no one answered. Went inside and asked to have my father's card activated. They told me to use the Santander app to register. If they answered my call, I wouldn't have gone all the way to the branch.

        Tried calling last 3 days to try and speak to someone phone rings for couple minutes then cuts off. And when you go there there not much help. Surprised that This branch hasnt closed already. Easier to get on plane and go to Branch in Portugal.
