Eat Tokyo (Notting Hill Gate)

Terrible service, had to wait over an hour for our meal whilst people around us who arrived after and ordered the same meal got theirs first. We had to complain to get our meal and still have to wait 40 minutes after consistently asking during the time. When we finally got our meal it was incorrect and had to wait further time for them to correct it. If I could leave 0 starts I would

Poor food quality and service. Absolutely disappointing.

This was really upsetting evening. The service was very bad, They messed up our order, mushrooms teriyaki came after we already finished the meal (and I had to remind them about it 4times). Service was helpless and rude. After stressful evening dealing with ridiculous staff I asked to reduce my bill from service charge- then they tried to make me feel very bad about that instead of any apologise for the bad experience.
