The lady who gave me a massage was fantastic! The customer service was awful, and I had the acupuncture by the doctor whose Mobile phone kept going off during my treatment, and she suggested that I sign up for six sessions but couldnt remember which arm or who I was a week later! Remembering customers in small businesses is a basic formula for having a customer return continuously to enjoy the experience. I had a 1 pm booking, and neither the receptionists nor the doctor referenced my records to know what services I was due to have after selling me a 695.00 package for weekly treatment to speed up my recovery. I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the business.

The water pill has been an absolute game changer for me. I have a number of complicated medical conditions, many of which effecting my nerves there odeama (water retention) is a big problem for me. I was taking furosemide at a very high dose that resulted in a decline in my kidney function. Had my first cupping . And this was amazing . I felt so less intense after wards . The massage to follow was the best I have had . I must say Ginsen is very clean and quiet . Even being on a busy road I didnt hear any thing during my session I in-fact fell asleep . Thank you and see you next week
