As someone who has never really done much exercise and especially not outdoor bootcamp classes, I was not sure what to expect. What I found was a fantastic group of people who are so supportive and encouraging (especially the DI Simon) that you find yourself achieving things that you never thought was possible! I would encourage anyone who wants to get fit to give it a try!
