I have trained with Paul for over a couple of years now. He brings a wide range of experience in training and nutrition which is where I was struggling. You need the correct fuel in your body for it to work properly. I have more energy and am able to maintain a healthy balance of exercise and food intake. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul.
