Was shown my room, no mention of heating not working but did have quite possibly the smallest oil radiator made in the room. As the ensuite is another room and the building old and outside temp below zero you can imagine the challenge. I did text the number provided asking for more heaters. I got a reply the next morning. The last time I slept in bed with my clothes on was quite a while ago and that was due to alcohol!
