        Booked 4 nights across Easter. Location perfect for families looking for a quiet place to stay, yet one that has great connections to all the best cornish destinations. Great facilities including dishwasher and washing machine, plus both rooms were en-suite. Cannot fault the location and the hospitality of Bridget & Tom. Will be visiting again!!

        I really recommend staying at Owl's Roost. Great communication from Bridget and Tom, especially with our late booking. The barn was spotlessly clean. After long days out travelling around Cornwall, it was great to come back to a comfortable space, which is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Lovely bathrooms and showers, and cosy lounge/kitchen area in which to relax with a drink. And very convenient to reach all the main sights of Cornwall. I'd also recommend Boscastle farm shop and the cafe for a great Cornish breakfast.
