Had an early Christmas gathering here with my geographically diverse family ! Great set up, plenty of space and cooking facilities, and the rooms were spot on ! Even a rainy November weekend here didnt put anyone off sitting in the hot tub in the evening with a beer or three. Id love to see the place in the spring or summer ! Highly recommended

I booked the lodge for a hen do and it was the perfect place! John and Paula were both incredibly helpful and quick at solving any issues raised. All the rooms were very clean on arrival and there was lots of kitchen utensils which made making food easy. The large kitchen/dining area meant that everyone was able to gather and chat easily especially at meal times and with the tables moved out of the way, there was a large space for us to do a yoga session and have a dance in the evening! The location is gorgeous, with lambs grazing upon arrival and gorgeous scenery. Unfortunately it was too cold and wet to enjoy the outdoor seating area but it would have been lovely to have a few breakfasts out there! It's also only 30mins from city centre Bristol so no problem with getting in and out as long as there's a few cars to cart people around. Thank you so much for the stay!
