We got in a long queue to order, then we got in a queue to collect it. But Queue wouldn't feel bothersome if the burrito was good. We ordered the beef one, the beef was tender and overall the burrito was fresh.. BUT there was no taste, no flavor.. it was so so bland.. no salt even and the potatoes made it even more bland. It's for people who love bland food. If you're looking for something spicy, tangy and flavourful.. this is not it. Service was good though.. thank god we ordered only 1 and shared it. PS.. the price was 10 pounds.

Go somewhere else more peaceful with better quality food and service! We had to repeat our orders a couple of times only to find out later they had gotten my brother's order wrong after he asked for certain products to be removed or replaced with something else. Queues are long and waiting can be nearly an hour. I believe that's partially because of the staff getting orders wrong and keep arguing with customers about it. They argued with the customer in front of us over a wrong order and were quite rude to them and us afterwards

Queues are long, you wait like 20 minutes just to order and about just as long to get your order done. It tastes bland and it's dry. They don't put enough gravy in the burrito and you will have to pay extra to get the right amount. The service is sub par and food hygiene is questionable. You'd get an attitude if you ask them not to put something and staff are generally arrogant Dietary restrictions: They do not cater to dietary restrictions. If you ask for something not to be put they will not follow through
