Camden High Street Post Office

The staff are so great and so helpful and so overworked. I predicted this long ago when franchisees took over. I gave it a chance, a long chance but I am so cheesed off with the Royal Mail anyway, the 4 self-service machines in Camden which never work, the fact you can no longer use the machines anyway for international post and I could go on and on and on. It's just so bad to see such queues, the staff sweating and being so stressed and the poor people waiting all of their lunchbreaks just to post an item. The pits. Something needs to drastically change and soon. There ought to be another post office in Camden. It's desperately and badly needed.

Bad, very unhelpful staff. I was the only customer at that time and the lady at the counter didn't help me at all renewing the driving licence. Sent me away with a form.

Extremely slow service, workers are doing dozen of other things while serving the customer, not to mention they're rather rude and not very helpful. I've been there good few times and it's always been a headache :/

Super slow, no customer service. The lady in glasses behind the till is absolutely useless. Whenever she sees a long queue, she hides and acts she is busy.
