    I highly recommend Adam, very friendly and approachable personal trainer for anyone wanting to make a change to their life!! Very easy to give a 10/10 rating! Excellent trainer! I've been PT training with Adam for over a year now and has he has transformed my life, helping me lose a lot of fat and make substantial muscle gains! I'm extremely grateful for Adam's work! What I liked in particular about Adam's training was: He spent time to understand my needs. He understood how I wanted to improve my physique and gain muscle. Along the way, he helped set new goals (e.g. aiming for x number of pull-ups, benching x kgs, ...). Provided new ways to keep routines fresh (e.g. mixing up different circuits, trying out different machines and equipment, training in the studio room, doing ring workouts). A great way to learn how to train! Excellent communicator! Was really good at demonstrating and verbally explaining exercises. Provided clear instructions and helpful metaphors. Explained what muscle groups will be worked out each time. After each set, he gave feedback on my form in a very friendly non-judgemental way. Very patient even when I struggled with learning or performing some exercises at the beginning. Was a great motivator and spread positivity, even through casual conversation. He supported and pushed me further without needing to shout or make me feel uncomfortable. He always helps to set up and cleaned down equipment (prepare the weightlifting bar, grabbed the right dumbbells, adjusting weights ...). After each session he was always open to answers questions on health and fitness advice, nutrition advice, etc.. through WhatsApp. Followed best practises: always warmed up/cooled down, always watched closely at form and checked for bad habits. Trains in a safe manner and always kept an eye out for anything dangerous around me. Was very flexible: I've trained 1:1 with Adam, but I've had PT training by sharing with friend sometimes. Adam had flexible packages and prices. He also made custom workout plans for me when I was out of town, and he also offered video coaching through Skype/Zoom. Very organised: always arrived on time, kept track of my lifting progress using app on his phone. He was very good at making sure sessions don't overrun (ensuring I was not late for work) and always made sure a great workout was fit into each session.

    I have worked with Adam for 6 months now and haven't been disappointed with the service he provides. I feel continuously pushed in every session and it has improved the way I train on my own. If you're think about getting a personal trainer Adam is the best out there.

    Motivational and supportive with good communication. I came across Adam in Camden Pure Gym and really glad I did. Hes easy to get along with and has a great positive attitude. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and has helped me get on the right track with engaging and effective exercises. Definitely helped me feel more confident in knowing what I'm doing while the gym and building my own routine.

    Adam always puts 100% into making sure my training stays relevant and that it develops to my needs. I started training with him after I had double hip replacements aged 35 and now through surgery on my foot. He has always been attentive to my injuries and is creative at finding awesome stuff for me to do to work both on and around my injuries. I depend on our sessions to stay fit despite my challenges. Hes great! Top trainer.
