Erik Inarra Osteopathy

Finding Erik was one of my accomplishments on the year so far. My back had gone into spasm and he made time to see me in less than 12 hours. I went from being totally immobile to be able to function again. He released so much tension and started to undo so many knots that had gathered in my back and shoulders. his approach is friendly, understanding and only wants to help. Will be seeing Erik weekly until he and I are satisfied I can manage alone. Couldn't recommend him enough!

I damaged my calf on a sponsored walk. My GP sent me for an ultrasound to rule out deep vein thrombosis and that was that. I saw Erik Inarra at his clinic in Primrose Hill, London NW1. He quickly identified a knotted muscle and gently massaged the area.Erik went on to insert a number of medical acupuncture needles. The muscle loosened and he then used a strip of kinesiology tape to provide support. Finally, Erik took me through some gentle stretching exercise. Excellent work.

I have a long history of leg, hip and back alignment problems that cause a huge amount of pain so I have consulted a wide range of Physiotherapists and Osteopaths with a varying degree of success. I found Eric outstanding. He really knows his stuff and after my first treatment I was much more comfortable and that reduction in pain and discomfort has continued.
