Very unprofessional company, I booked an appointment twice and on both occasions they phoned me to cancel it. They seem to prefer to offer the appointments to their existing customers so if you are a new customer go somewhere else. Complete waste of time.

My wife and I have been going to see Adam for almost ten years and the quality of his work and patient care has been unmatched. He listens to each of his patients and works with them to find the best solution whether it is eye glasses, contact lenses, or treating dry eye. His colleague, Immy, is also exceptional and she runs the store impeccably and has a great eye for the appropriate frames to suit any individual taste. The store is a warm and comfortable environment and takes any stress from the process. I highly recommend a visit.

I have been going to Adam for over 15 years to help me battle my declining vision due to old age :), 15-0 score to Adam every year. There is never a visit to Primrose Hill that doesn't include a walk into his shop, and unfortunately Adam and team constantly merchandise with such great frames that I can't help just buy a new pair. This has never been more true since Adam started to source, and then introduce me to Jacque Marie Mage. Adam and team always deliver an incredible service end to end, and this is the reason I have been a customer for 15 years across 3 continents. I'll never go anywhere else no matter where in the world I am.

Adam and his team are amazing! I'm super fussy, for me it's about comfort of the glasses so I can be very indecisive. They are very practical and sort the wood from the trees, making it a very easy process in choosing what will work for you. Adam knows what is doing, I have varifocals they are always spot on. Highly recommended!

Everyone should have an optician who is an inventor, writer, story teller, father and football fan all in one - not to mention a dog lover as well..
