        Ive never had an eye test before and this place just seemed pretty disorganised. Had to queue to get my appointment, it felt quite dirty, just the whole experience was pretty grim, especially when I was paying 35 for two different tests. The staff doing the tests were all nice, just maybe seemed a bit over worked. I paid to come to Specsavers because its meant to be good, perhaps some of the marketing spend should be given to the shops for training and improvements to the store.

        I had appointment at Specsavers Camden Town , in the end of the appointment I sow a young Asian man, he didn't know what he was doing, his customer service was really poor no respect no manor, he didn't know how to speak to customers if I could I won't give even one star. He delayed me to my another appointment too
