Pina Franks made our move experience extremely smooth and pleasant. She even went out of her Sunday morning to show and view us a property that we were interested in that we now love. Out of all the real estate agents we had dealt with, Pina was the one we felt the most comfortable with. She was professional, efficient and very accessible. Highly recommend her.

Pina Franks is absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me find a lovely place, she also made sure everything went smoothly and she was on hand to answer any questions. Moving is always stressful, but it becomes much easier when you are well supported by a professional like Pina. I would highly recommend Pina and her colleagues for any letting requirements.

Avoid unless you want your money stolen and personal information leaked. I dealt with Pina Franks for a property on 24 Edis St in Primrose Hill. Unfortunately everything from start to finish was dealt with incorrectly. You feel a pressure to put money down as there are lots of viewings booked and the property will probably go. I should have realised this was rubbish as it had been on the market for weeks before I even enquired about it. I went to measure the flat after I had already paid a weeks money and realised that it wouldnt be suitable for me and my furniture based on how small it was. They are refusing to return my money to me saying that they took it off the market. I have seen online that it is very much on the market with the furniture arranged as I did it the day I went to measure, so they havent lost any marketing time at all and have no grounds to keep the money. All the paperwork was done incorrectly, I was charged a weeks rent based on my original offer and not what would have been the rental amount had it gone ahead, which Im sure would invalidate any contract. Furthermore, in what is a clear breach of GDPR (last time I checked this carries a penalty of 8.7 million or 2% of the total annual worldwide turnover in the preceding financial year, whichever is higher), Pina Franks forwarded me an email from someone else who had asked for their weeks money back but they were denied. Unfortunately for them their amount was much higher, but I shouldnt have been forwarded this information in the first place. I can also see here on google someone else has been taken advantage of in the same way I have by the same people. I would avoid dealing with John D Wood in Primrose Hill like the plague, unless you want to be fleeced for hundreds, possibly thousands of pounds and want your personal information leaked to strangers.
