        Marie was exceptional to work with and I would recommend her to anyone moving to London. We had been searching for a home for more than two months when a friend introduced us to Adam Phillips, who connected us with his colleague Marie. She asked us a lot of open-ended questions and listened attentively, got to know us and what we were looking for really quickly, and found us a house that was nearly perfect for our family within a week.

        Marie at the St Johns Wood location was very helpful for us in finding a home to rent, negotiating with the landlord, and coaching us through the process of renting in London. Was also very efficient in returning our deposit at the end of the lease. Highly recommend.

        Two years ago I moved with my family from a "white glove" building in NYC to a home in London managed by Phillips Harrod. We were... demanding... to say the least. We couldn't have gotten more "white glove service" here. Adam Phillips ensured his team was incredibly responsive and helpful... especially as newcomers to London. In fact, we liked the home so much we purchased it, which Adam was instrumental in facilitating. I would definitely highly recommend Adam and team any day!
