        When you are coming to train here you can feel really welcome, everything is happening in a really friendly environment. Come relax, take a breath and try it. Definitely recommended for everyone, male or female, young or old.

        I highly recommend this class by RMA Systema London. I started taking up lessons a few weeks ago. I can feel the positive changes in my breathing and movements of the body. The instructor Istvan, who is very patient and always eager to hear your feedbacks welcomed me warmly on my first day and made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable.

        Healthy warrior trumps an unhealthy one, so it's great Systema also looks after your body. Ivstan's class is great as he structure it to prepare your body in the first half of the class, and teaches the combat aspect in the second half. Highly recommended.
