Sketch app is a decent tool, but their support is ATROCIOUS. You reach out to them with support tickets and most of the time don't hear anything. Then, when you are rightfully upset because they don't respond, they'll then respond to your upset message and say "we can't help now, because of the messages tone". They don't seem to realize that when you don't support paying customers, it's going to naturally upset people. So, that behavior will naturally bring angry emails, due to their own doing. Being nice doesn't get you a response from support, so people will rightfully be upset. For some reason, they can't grok this simple concept.
