She is efficient, communicative and provided the opposite experience that had heard of other people having when working with different solicitors from other companies. If there was a delay in the process, it was never from Melanie, which is apparently very rare. I highly recommend working with her.

Mandated Ibby for my recent property purchase, and cannot recommend them enough. Exceptional service from start to finish - Ibby was proactive, thorough, available and helped us navigate through a complicated situation. In the end, while our first purchase fell through because Ibby flagged serious issues in the documents that the sellers were trying to downplay, we completed on a better property on the second go. For us first time buyers that are often clueless about the situation, Ibby made it ridiculously easy to complete in good time. Thank you!
