Without the assistance of Anna Hawkes at Seraphus, my Indefinite Leave to Remain would not have been reinstated. She has been beyond helpful, extremely professional, very patient and has dealt with me as though I was her only client, when I know that she is run off her feet. Her advice and attention to detail has meant that more information was submitted than was asked for and because of this I received my response in 1 week instead of the 6 weeks I was told I would have to wait for.
