Staff kind of seem like they dont like their job. Can hear them blatantly gossiping to each other on the intercoms instead of paying attention to customers. This wouldnt be an issue if it wasnt for the queue going down the entirety of one aisle because only one staff member is on the till when there are 4 standing on the shop floor. Disappointing.

I have just left the store few minutes ago. As one of the reviews which say Staff kind of seem like they dont like their job. Can hear them blatantly gossiping to each other on the intercoms instead of paying attention to customers. This wouldnt be an issue if it wasnt for the queue going down the entirety of one aisle because only one staff member is on the till when there are 4 standing on the shop floor. Disappointing. in addition, they are talking on the radio humiliating the customers instead of providing a brilliant customer service . The lady who served me was blonde and blue eyes , if she is not happy serving customer she could go to study and get better job instead of being a cashier in Superdrug Camden. The manager listening that she was insulting me and serving very rude , she just tell me to stop instead of telling the cashier staff to behave properly serving customer , just I was defending how I was treated by the blonde lady who was disrespectful, and not polite at all . I do a call to the store manager in this review, there are a lot of people seeking for job , please give opportunity to people who really want to be positive , helpful serving customers . The staff should be fired . It is embarrassing, it is frustrating deal with this kind of situation when there is no needed. Just because people is unhappy doing their jobs.
