Had the best experience here! The team are so friendly and Brooke really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me so much advice. My hair can take a while to cut and style but Brooke was so patient and friendly throughout. I never post reviews but the experience was so great and I will definitely be returning (already booked in for my next appointment)! Would highly recommend!

Ive been going to the salon in Pinner since it opened and moved to Primrose as closer to home since it opened. Youre always met with a friendly smile and a full wealth of knowledge about all things hair prior to any treatments.The staff are simply fantastic. The salon is extremely beautiful and calming which always adds to a lovely few hours off from reality when having my highlights done :)

I had a wash cut and blowdry with Brooke at the Primrose Hill salon today and Im SO impressed! The whole appointment was such a lovely experience. Brooke really took the time to listen to my hair journey, and was super communicative with making sure I knew what my options were. This was my first haircut in a long time so I was a little nervous about having too much of a drastic change. Brooke was super reassuring and understanding of this - we spoke through the first steps in terms of how I can get my hair into the best shape, before revisiting colour in another visit. I ended up having quite a few inches off, with some face framing pieces put in, and I love it! Brooke was constantly checking that I was happy with the agreed length, and was all about enhancing what I already had, which is exactly what I was looking for. Brooke was incredibly knowledgeable about hair care, products and maintenance, and was able to give me great tips and tricks throughout my appointment. I will 100% be returning to Brooke at Luke Ormsby, looking forward to it already! Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry
