        I have ordered over 70 items for a gift for our staff who live in the UK, USA, Canada and Europe. Initially the response to my questions and providing design templates was great. However, once I placed the order I received no further updates in terms of delivery schedule, issues with any delivery addresses or expected ETA. So despite a fantastic product, customer service and feedback was really poor.

        Absolutely perfect and unique gift. My friend was so pleased with this and has ordered 2 more for her friends! I had a slight issue with a cracked pot but Mark responded within 8 minutes to rectify this. Great product and great service, will definitely be ordering again :-)

        Nice little gift idea. I bought it for my brothers birthday and he was really surprised and grateful. It also came with a chocolate bunny. It's a shame the flower pot got cracked the night he received it with no explanation on how it happened.
