        I was told by email that he was departing company from us all because I had asked him if the gardeners could remove the weeds from the garden as there were still plenty of them in after their last visit a few days earlier. Admittedly I have had to ask a few times over the 8 years that he has been coming to our garden. Also according to his website weeding comes under maintenance but I was made to feel as if it was a crime to ask the gardeners to remove them - sorry but isn't that part of a gardeners job?

        I have used Down to Earth for the last year I have always found them to be accommodating, polite and leave my garden a lovely condition. They do exactly what they tell me they are going to do within the time they state they will do it

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MANUEL THE GARDENER WAS ABUSIVE, SWORE AT ME, AIMED LEAF BLOWER AT ME AND MALICOUSLY BLEW LEAVES WHEN I ASKED HIM NOT TO BLOW THEM IN MY GARDEN, THEN GAVE ME THE FINGER UP. PAUL THE BOSS WAS RUDE TOLD ME HOW RICH HE IS AND DEFENDED THE GUY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
