        Ordered a magazine that never came. I cannot get in contact with anyone to get a refund of some sort at all.

        DONT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered two Dazed magazines from them in November and they never arrived and they are refusing to refund me! It's mid February now and I still haven't got a refund. I contacted them and they assured me I would get a refund back in December. I didn't hear from them for a month and didn't get the promised refund so I contacted them again and they said that they had stock and could send me the magazines now, which is not what I wanted since I had already requested a refund. I told them this and they never replied to me or issued my refund. It's ridiculous that a company like this is misleading and scamming their customers like this, because I also know this has happened to other people I know.
