Honestly the best GP Ive had for years. Efficient and empathetic. They even find appointments fairly quickly for you.

I normally never leave reviews but the staff at Primrose Hill Surgery are amazing. The level of care the doctors and nurses provide is top notch. Really want to thank you all for your work. I am so happy I am a patient there!

GP told me I had a hostile behaviour and that I was rude when all I wanted was to get treated and listened to. Barely listened to me and told me he had 50 patients to see today. Dismissed my sore throat as if it was nothing and refused to extend my medication to 3 months even if I was going abroad. The worse part was when he threatened me to put me off the list. I didnt know what that meant but it sounded bad. This practice definitely lacks duty of care. I left it worse and spent my morning crying. I now need to rebook an appointment. As a single parent with a 2yo, it does make my life more complicated.

I had an excellent encounter with Michelle when I desperately needed my medical records and despite making the request on the same day and being required to give at least 21 days notice, Michelle kindly and diligently compiled my records within just an hour or 2.excellent 5* service Michelle, very very few people and practice would be this helpful and compassionate! Thank you Michelle!

I had good experiences with Primrose Hill Surgery starting in December 2022. Prior to that, it was a bit of a struggle some times especially when trying to get the help my baby boy needed. Since December, I have had much better experiences with the practice. Dr Momen and Dr Paul have been really fantastic help for myself and my son when it came to diagnosing & treating our illnesses, fantastic bedside manners, and seem to really care for our well being. Dr Paul also helps with continuity of care with my son. She remembers his name, asks for all the details of his medical history, and really considers all avenues before making a decision. With more practitioners like her, it is becoming a practice where patients can trust the GPs, and I greatly appreciate this. EDIT: Sorry Dr Paul, but having to amend my review. After the one good interaction I had with Dr Paul, the receptionists are still awful in person and on the phone. You need to either retrain them or replace them. As a manager myself, they're the downfall of your GP practice. When patients (obviously sick or else why would we come to the GP) come in through the door, they just stare and go back to chatting with each other or looking at their phones, this is incredibly rude. On the phone, it's the same. If they pick up the phone, put the patient on hold, not with the phone mic down and then chatting away then picking it back up rudely. Also, streamline the answers to questions from patients. If it's the same question being asked, have the same answer across the board.
