        An in-depth, personalized, and overall perfect micro-distillery experience. Our distillery lesson was tailored to our level of understanding and our guide was extremely knowledgeable about both his process for Half Hitch Gin and about the process and history of gin distillation. The lesson included a self-selected infusion recipe that becomes a 100ml take-home sample along with a sample of Half Hitchs own gin. We had an awesome time and highly recommend to anyone interested in gin distillation at any level or looking for just a fun experience in London.

        A hidden gem! Blink and youll miss it, but it truly is worth a visit! Extremely approachable staff who was happy to give details on all parts of the process! Distillery on site and its really stand out and something to see! The gin itself is some of the best weve tasted, so smooth and such a wonderful depth of flavour. 35 for a bottle is an absolute steal. Deffo go and enjoy a gin and tonic by the lock !
