        Incredibly rude, unfriendly staff, keen to make a misery for anyone else using the canal. I hired a boat with my friends on a lovely sunny day and ended up getting screamed at by the female Jenny Wren crew member for not going fast enough despite the fact our hire boat was going at full speed. When we said we couldnt go any faster she carried on shouting aggressively and barged us out of the way onto the wrong side of the river. Incredibly aggressive and threatening behaviour. As a passenger I suggest only going for a ride if you are comfortable listening to the crew shouting rudely at others throughout the duration of the trip. Clearly from other reviews I am not the only one to have this experience. Will absolutely avoid this tour for my next boat trip!

        Just been spoken to very rudely by the guide of this boat, over their PA system for all to hear. The attitude towards other canal users is appalling.
