    Iconic and loved brand but unfortunately they do not follow through with good customer service. Or care to. I have a pair of what were expensive sandals and a pair of shoes that both of which, due to being in ( adequate and reasonable ) storage, the soles have separated / come apart from the bases. I would not expect for this to happen, clearly something is amiss as I have others of the same type and make, stored the same and have not disintegrated like these have. I did enquire but was told they do not offer repairs. I am disappointed and can not accept this as being reasonable and is poor and dismissive customer support / care. So, I have two pairs of supposedly the best quality and hard standing footwear that have disintegrated, well so has their reputation now in my opinion. What a waste and so environmentally wrong. They are hardly worn and as good as new apart from this problem, that should not be acceptable to happen anyway.... And all that is required is simple repair work for them. New innersoles and burning the soles back on... I get its time and money but I have spent a couple of hundred quid on items that have fallen apart and left with no option but to bin then. This is sad and would expect better from a supposedly quality brand. Hey ho! I will never ever buy DM's again now as a result of such poor aftercare...

    No not buy online the worst customer service ever received!!!!!! Absolutely shocked with Dr Martens and i'm not the only one, hundreds of people struggling to get through to customer service with missing orders, no refunds and no one to speak to. You can not return to store or speak to anyone. Still waiting on email reply as the customer service number just cuts you off - it's been weeks! No refund given even though tracked Royal Mail has verified my return - I had one pair sent back to me with no idea as to why and another pair still missing and no help, refund or explanation DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!! Don't think I'll buy dr martens again after this - seriously down hill since they sold the business, disgrace for such a big company! Sort it out!

    I placed an order in November 2022. Unfortunately the Dr Martens were too small & had to be returned via Royal Mail tracked. The order was returned 29th of November 2022. Today is 11th of January 2023. Still no refund. Dr Martens have hung up on me 3 times this evening. Dr Martens have ignored my emails. Dr Martens owe me 346!!! After sales to not exist with Dr Martens!!!

    I already had 2 pairs of boots that I always thought were amazing and still look pretty good after years. I remember taking them out of the box looking perfect and smooth. Thats why I was so surprised this year when I ordered a pair of quads and only the left shoe didnt even fit. When I measured the sole, they were clearly different, even though the size on them was the same. Exchanged them for a higher size, which came with inner soles improperly glued - they were already coming off. The worst part was the leather of one shoe already had a very unaesthetic bump, like when the shoes are already worn. They were new, had to return again. What happened to the quality?
