GO WITH A TRUSTED BRAND. Not these clowns From my experience there is very little behind their website, so please DO NOT BE FOOLED As you can probably guess; I am having a terrible time with Apidura. I REALLY wish i'd never handed any money to them I have to agree with the other reviews Really, REALLY poor customer services Go for a more tried and tested brand, and wait until this one is bought out by some investment company who know about basic customer services - it is not like the quality can go down, from what i am now reading. Who knows, maybe it will fold

In other words, I should interrupt my trip around the world here in Namibia and rent a room somewhere for 2 to 4 weeks and wait until the bag comes back. Also very noteworthy that the zipper of all things is excluded from the guarantee, If you do a little research, you will see that the zipper (on the otherwise well-made bag) is what causes the most problems/complaints. 175 and then you can do a DIY with glue and velcro. (Original) Sehr schade dass Apidura kein Garantie auf die Reiverschlsse gibt. Mein Framebag ist nach 11 Monat kaputt und laut Hndler gibt es nur die Mglichkeit die Tasche zur Reparatur nach Apidura zu retournieren. Sprich ich soll hier in Namibia meine Weltreise unterbrechen und mich 2 bis 4 Wochen wo ein Zimmer mieten und warten bis die Tasche retour kommt. Auch sehr bemerkenswert dass ausgerechnet der Reiverschluss von Garantie ausgenommen ist, Wenn man mal kurz recherchiert dann wird man sehen dass ausgerechnet der Reiverschluss (am sonst gut verarbeiteter Tasche) die meisten Probleme/Reklamationen ausmacht. 175 und dann kann man mit Kleber und Klettverschluss ein DIY machen.
