        Rude threatening me on the phone her self and her team leader. Not understanding or listening to my situation. Trying to talk over me without listening to what I have to say. I would of not even have given a 1 star but you got to to write down your review. terrible ,no communication skills whats so ever. Dont even bother with help from them they give no help they give you more tension and depression thats it. Rude rude rude rude rude rude rude.

        Been waiting for my certificate for a completed course since July 2022! Hardly any response from Paul RIdick the operations manager I have to email him several times he responds obnoxiously with unbothered attitude. Theres no telephone number to call maximus. I saw that the job centre is working in partnership with maximus! What a joke. This company is a waste of time. DO NOT BOOK ANY COURSES WITH THEM!!! They do not send your certificate upon completing your course and you are just wasting your time!
