We were customers of PC Mac until the business was sold. Only when you move IT provider do you really appreciate the service you had. Over the 12-year period, PC Mac were available all the time during the working week and would jump on any problems immediately, if required. To be fair, the real test was on the 23rd March 2020 when we went into lockdown. Whilst we had prepared for a "disaster" at the office, no one could predict what was about to happen. However, PC Mac had arranged our IT so that remote working was seamless.
