We've had regular contact with John ever since the survey as there were a few complex issues with the house that we frankly wouldn't have been able to understand or progress on without John's advice. He was patient, generous with his time, and hugely helpful. His clear advice helped us to negotiate a substantial reduction in the house price to cover the costs of rectifying the issues identified. Novello was really great to work with. We were able to book the survey in quickly and the customer response time was exceptional. The report they provided was clear and thorough and they made themselves available afterwards go through the report and answer my questions with a follow up call.
