Love this place! Very authentic and great chefs. I ordered the Hainanese Chicken Rice and really enjoyed it. The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection, hot, tender, juicy and oozing flavour. The Hainanese Rice was delicious too! They could improve their chilli sauce recipe though as thats the real test with this dish - it was too mild and sweet. Overall, was a great experience though. Lots of locals go which is always a good sign.

This is my second visit to three uncle . The first experience was pleasant, the staffs are friendly, foods were nice and the portions were good enough for the price . But, when i visited on few days ago, the staff who took my order was very unfriendly . I went there with my friend and her children . The children were a bit slow while deciding on their food . The Chinese woman who took my order showed her impatient and unfriendly face . ( it was non peak hour, we were the only customer there). After a while , she told us , please be quick if you want to make an order , we are very busy . I was shocked when she said this to me . This is not a good attitude in a hospitality industry . Probably wont return because she spoiled my day out with my friends !

size and taste excellent **BUT** THEY USE DELIVEROO. Deliveroo consistently DONT train drivers. Many can't read English so rely on instructions provided by deliveroo which can be wrong. This is not the fault of the driver and certainly not three uncles. But, I won't be getting delivery from three uncles anymore. Deliveroo doesn't provide an easy way for customers to query orders with a human. Disappointed customers with cold food are not good business for three uncles. I strong suggest three uncles contact deliveroo and insist on better management and training of staff. Perhaps the statistics will demonstrate that deliveroo is actually bad for three uncles excellent product and that they are loosing takeaway sales (which are much cheaper to run than in house).
