Have been to this place a couple of times.. first time it was wonderful experience great service..but the 2nd time wasn't..I asked the man wearing the hat(probably the owner)that I'd like my tea without ice he said no can do and his attitude seems annoyed...it's within their recipe serve with ice.. nonsense!...last time I ordered without ice there wasn't any problems!..and why the sign there saying you can have it without ice.. level of sweetness???..it'd have been my new local place for my weekly bubble tea but I don't think I'd come back again...
