I have visited the restaurant on the 10th of April. They made a mistake by making me pay for someone elses bill, once they realised they made me pay for mine and offered to refund the other payment. Its the 24th of April and I still havent received the refund. Every time I call they tell me something different. Not a nice experience, I am very disappointed.

Disappointing. Went last night with a group of 7. One friend ordered drinks for 4 of us and paid 38 at the bar on ordering (9.50 per drink). Another friend ordered for himself and one other person, also paid immediately for their 2 drinks at the bar. A final friend put her card behind the bar and paid for her 1 drink as we were leaving. As we left the staff followed us out of the bar claiming we had not paid for 2 drinks. We knew we had one drink each as we had limited time, and we had paid for them all. After much discussion, my friend showing her phone with the 38 transaction, etc. one friend just decided to pay for this supposed missing 2 drinks as we had to go on to a gig. Put a sour note on the evening as we had absolutely paid for all drinks. At the time we were confused as the staff were insistent that we had not paid and the music was of course quite loud, but having left and looked at our bank charges we were 100% made to overpay. The staff would not listen to us, I have been here several times over the years but now after this I wouldnt go back.
