Peachy Peel - Camden Beauty Salon

After doing some research (should have checked the reviews) I was kin to get one of Peachy Peels membership for convenience and decided to try before committing.I am so glad I did because it was the worst service I have ever received. One member of staff was extremely rude and told me she had no time for me even though I had pre-booked my appointment in advance. She finally decided to take me in 'quickly' as she said, which was a mistake because she then rushed to do my waxing and even burned me a couple of times. Service: Waxing

I treated myself to a Dermalogica High Frequency facial here and was so looking forward to it. So so disappointed and let down and not a dermalogica product in sight given the price!!!! Greeted by a surly therapist who did not bother to introduce herself. There was no skin consultation done prior to starting the treatment or any discussion around my skin concerns. Once the treatment began I asked why dermalogica products were not used and was told that they used their own brand organic and vegan products instead. I asked about the products and was told they had good ingredients and were anti aging. She then tried to upsell straightaway. The cleanse was mediocre at best and no checking of the skin was done prior to the steam. Cleanser and scrub left my skin very sore and following a 20min steam!!! She used a scraper for extractions which left the skin feeling raw...I was then treated to very lackluster facial massage with copius amounts of oil and then a mask. The therapist then advised me to keep the products on the face for the rest of the day but again showed zero evidence of product knowledge as she tried to sell the special offer products (I did look at the ingredients and they were definitely not organic). Given that Dermalogica is a proven brand thats yields results with their products, offering a facial using substandard products with ZERO actives was a huge let down given the price of the facial. I was frankly appalled and having had facials all over the world this was without doubt the worst facial i have ever had. I walked out and went straight home to wash the oil slick of my face. If I could have asked for my money back i would. Don't waste your money.

I used their eye brow waxing service. The staff was so harsh in their treatment that I now have a red mark on my forehead for the last two days, which I hope doesnt develop into a scar.
