This is outrageous! After I transfered some money to another account of mine, they blocked my account. Had to call three times on different occasions. I was on hold 1.5 hours the first time, 1 hour the second time and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes (and counting!) this third time. I haven't been able to access my account for over a week. They say they will solve it and then they don't. Also, the audio quality of the support number is awful and I can barely understand what the representatives say.
