Machines are out of order and when they work they are faulty. No counter services. Don't really see a point of this branch.

The Camden Town branch is a disgrace. 50% of the machines inside the branch were not working to pay in a cheque took 25 minutes. Totally unacceptable. The staff showed no signs of caring at all and didnt really want to be there. HSBC management - you need to visit your branches and experience what customers see. The service is not customer facing. Just awful.

Bad service and attitude. Im going to repot them and leave this bank forever. HSBC is a trash. They made things difficult for me deliberately and the especially a staff called Dominic said he doesnt feel comfortable??? I was trying to move and transfer my own money, but he asked many difficult questions. Why nobody ever asked me anything improper like how did I earn my money when I opened my account? He even asked how old I am. Im the one who felt uncomfortable. Its my money and my freedom and my rights to use my money legally. I had huge amount of money in it and I have been a big costumer for years but unfortunately Im gonna delete my account for this and leave forever . HSBC take huge advantage of people. Didnt know in the beginning and I learnt my lesson now.
