        I had to book a quick 30 min appt for shoulder, neck and back massage as I had slept funny. I had Kasia as my therapist and OMG! She works wonders. I told her what the issue was and she worked on that and put me completely at ease. I was very tensed up as I hadn't had a massage in so long and my body was really feeling the effects of not having any self care. I can't wait to book a longer session with her soon! Thank you so much!
