Schnauber - Timber Windows & Doors

Had used another prominent contractor last year to replace two windows and was badly bruised when they went out of business. After lots of reassurance and discussion went with Schnauber and delighted with two new windows in our Cambridge period terrace. The quality seems excellent and the installation flawless. Three more windows and two doors to go. I should keep Schnauber busy for a few more years. Contacted them at the start of June , they came right away to assess our windows and said they would be in touch with a quote within a week and it has been 4 months despite me emailing them a 3 times, and calling once, leaving a few weeks between each contact. Every time, they just politely say they will contact the quotation team. I would not recommend this company for their lack of efficiency or honesty (if they have no time or intention to do it they should have told us before), I'm afraid.
