Mark Nortcliffe Photography has exhibited at Truly Scrumptious Wedding Shows for a great number of years. Mark is always professional, courteous and is an excellent photographer and an all round nice guy. His open and friendly personality allows him to put couples at ease so they can relax and he is able to capture the very best photographs for their Big Day! Having hosted and managed Wedding Fairs and planned countless weddings for over 10 years we've seen a lot of the good and the bad in the Wedding Industry and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Mark if you are looking for wedding or family photograpy, you won't be disappointated!

Cannot recommend Mark enough! From meeting Mark at a local Wedding Fair to collecting our Wedding photo album, his professionalism, service and knowledge are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to reschedule our Wedding three times due to covid and every-time, it was no problem at all. Mark was always available with any answers or suggestions throughout the whole wedding planning process. On the big day, he most definitely is a key member of the wedding group you need around you, helping to keep everything flowing as you have planned. Honestly an all round great guy and hope to keep in touch with him.

If you are looking to book the best photographer to capture your wedding then look no further! Due to COVID and postponing our wedding to August 2022, we were unable to work with the photographer we initially hired. However, she personally recommended Mark. I am so grateful that she did. After looking at Marks incredible work I reached out to him; he suggested having a video chat with me and my now husband with a glass of something nice. This video call allowed us to get to know each other, share our vision for our wedding pictures and ask questions. The call gave us the perfect opportunity to see whether Mark was right for us, and vice versa. Fortunately for us, we all got along perfectly. From this friendly call, we knew Mark was the photographer for us and went ahead with booking his services. From the moment we booked Mark he was communicative and professional. Personally, I felt that planning a wedding was overwhelming and stressful at times. Mark helped me significantly reduce any stress and worry. He knows exactly what hes doing and even plans the order of the day with you, which is helpful when it comes to running on the day (you dont need that stress)! About a month before our wedding we had a couples shoot/engagement shoot. This is when we met Mark in person for the first time. I remember being nervous and shy (which drastically changed by the end of the shoot). This couples shoot gave Mark the perfect opportunity to teach us the positions we would get into on the wedding day. In addition to this, the shoot enabled us to further get to know Mark. He made us feel comfortable and matched our energy. After that shoot, we left feeling confident and connected. We knew Mark was going to be brilliant on our wedding day. The day before our wedding Mark called to explain that his original assistant photographer was unable to attend due to a family emergency. However, before Mark had called me he had already actioned a solution by arranging another assistant photographer and had brought them up to speed. This is a great example of how Mark reduces any potential stressors. He is truly professional and reliable. You are safe with Mark. On our wedding day, Marks assistant was based with my now husband and Mark was with me and the bridal party. As soon as Mark arrived he brought an encouraging hug and enthusiasm. He also kept other vendors to the planned times, which was incredibly helpful of him to take that off my plate and enabled me to enjoy the morning. Throughout our wedding day, Mark captured the most magnificent pictures. He is an expert at capturing traditional wedding images alongside natural, candid pictures. We have so many wonderful pictures of ourselves and our guests enjoying the day. Mark even captured my and my husbands race inside the inflatable obstacle course! I am so thankful to have had Mark there on our big day. He is very personable and made the day run smoothly whilst capturing the moments you dream about. After the wedding, Mark sent us some teaser pictures within a week or so. Our initial reaction was to cry. They were perfect in every way. As per Marks advice, when we received our full gallery we scheduled a date night to go through them. We cried again as we relived the day. Every picture is incredible and the quality is spectacular. I love them all. Theres not a single bad picture. If you need any more assurance, then look at Marks gallery and then at all the awards he has won. He even won an award for one of our pictures, which Im glad he received because its my favourite picture of the day.

I could not recommend Mark more. From our first meeting with him over zoom he made My fiance and I feel so comfortable. Mark is so easy to talk to and has such a calming influence from the get go which helped us out massively on our wedding day. The package we opted for had a pre wedding shoot/ engagement shoot which really helped us get to know Mark as well as getting rid of those nerves in front of the camera. The day before the wedding he called me to let me know his second shooter had to drop out for personal reasons but had already sorted out a back up and caught them up to speed about the details of our day, he handled it all so well. On the morning of our wedding he was with the bride and bridesmaids whilst they got ready and he kept a keen eye on the time to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. He communicated clearly with not just the wedding party but all the vendors and the venue coordinators which made the whole day a lot less stressful. Having done the pre wedding shoot, seeing Mark on the day was almost like greeting the other guests, so pleased to have him there as part of our day. He clicked so well with our family and friends and made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed despite it being 35+ degrees. The photographs taken are breath taking so much so my Best man has already booked him up for his wedding next year. Were excited to see Mark again on that day but i know it wont be for long as he is such a perfectionist and will want to get as many stunning photos as he can get done in the daylight! Having Mark at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Thank you for everything!
