My husband and I recently purchased a used Audi Q2 from Marshall Volvo Cambridge, and the experience was excellent. Lee and Ryan were both extremely helpful and made the transaction smooth and hassle-free. They patiently answered all our questions, provided us with all the information we needed, and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Lee and Ryan were also a pleasure to deal with. They were both friendly, approachable, and easy to work with, and Ryan's sense of humor added some fun to the experience to the experience. I have been trying to contact Marshall Volvo Cambridge for a couple of months. They never answer the phone, don't respond to emails - such a poor service.
